    • Standard Wash is a cold wash and machine dry. Let us know beforehand if you’d
      like whites or items washed separately (separate loads are charged individually).

    • Please empty pockets and tell us in advance if anything needs special care.

    • Counts and weights are confirmed in-store — that’s the final number we work
      from.

    • Pickup and delivery times are estimates, and once laundry is delivered, it’s your
      responsibility.

    • Claims for missing or damaged items need to be raised within 24 hours.

    • Uncollected laundry after 60 days may be donated or disposed of.

    • Payment is required before laundry is returned (unless approved otherwise).

Laundry Room provides self-service laundry, wash & fold, commercial laundry, pickup and

delivery, and pet bedding wash. Services may include washing, drying, folding and general

handling of laundry items.


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Wash & Fold services are processed using standard

commercial machines, detergents and standard wash methods.

Standard Wash

“Standard Wash” means a cold-water washing machine cycle followed by machine drying. Unless you inform us in advance, light and dark items may be washed together as part of the same load.


If you would like whites or specific garments washed separately, you must notify us prior to

processing. Separate loads will be treated as an additional wash and charged accordingly.

  • Shrinkage, colour loss, fading, colour run or bleeding

  • Damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g. pens, coins, tissues, keys)

  • Normal wear and tear

Items not collected or accepted for delivery within 60 days of the agreed collection or invoice date will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of at our discretion. No compensation will be payable.

Any claim for lost or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of collection or delivery.


If liability is accepted, compensation is limited to:

  • 75% of purchase price (items under 6 months old)

  • 50% of purchase price (items 6–12 months old)

  • 25% of purchase price (items over 12 months old)


Compensation will not exceed five (5) times the processing fee for the affected item and

requires proof of purchase.
